Jimmie Lee Jordan (1929-2021)

She was a Registered Nurse. She got her undergraduate from @ncatsuaggies and got her Masters from @pepperdine.

She was the breadwinner for her family and started a long line of independent women.

She was a spitfire and put up with no nonsense. She was of the pick a switch generation. Thank God I only had to do that a handful of times lol.

To me she will always be my grandmother. At 93 years of age on Thursday Jan 21, 2021 she was taken to be with the Lord.

I love you Jimmie Lee! Give grandpa a hug from me! 😘😘

I’ve learned to love who I see in the mirror, but I definitely have my days.

I’ve been eyeing this skirt (set) from @hanifaofficial for a while now. I waited as it was a bit out of budget.

On Black Friday they had a sale and I snagged it. But I also used @klarna.

I say all of this to say... keep an eye out for your favorite brands to have holiday sales and you can even break that up into smaller chunks!

Your favorite items aren’t always out of reach... you sometimes just have to do some finagling to get them! 😉
